Friday 2nd January (18.00pm - 18.30pm)  ASL Airlines/Fed Ex Boeing 737-400F OE-IAJ arrived from Paris as (TAY1DI) early this morning and looks to be stopping the weekend?? Ryanair/BUZZ Boeing 737-MAX SP-RZC routed from and to Alicante as (RYR84ZH/23FM), whilst stored ex Air Cairo Airbus A320 SU-BPW has now had it registration taped over.

 

Friday 9th January (14.15pm - 15.00pm) Smart Pilatus PC12 G-JADN arrived from Newquay on Thursday 8th, and headed back to the Cornish Airport on Sunday 11th. Draken's new Learjet 60XR G-DRAA was in for some crew training routing from and to Bournemouth as (FRA82). Embraer EMB505 Phenom 300 HA-EMB arrived from Friedrichshafen as (FCA1MB) and departed to Lyon after stopping the night.

Wednesday 14th January (11.30am - 12.30pm//15.15pm - 15.45pm))  Draken Aero L-159 ALCA G-DKNB returning as (FRA50) after a local test flight, Easyjet Airbus A319 G-EZBZ was in for several hours of base training as (EZY9), and routed from and to London Gatwick as (EZY9091/3). Jet2 Boeing 737-800 G-JZBA arrived from Manchester as (EXS031E) for the attention of Willis, while heading into Airbourne Colours was EL/AL Boeing 737-800 4X-EKJ which arrived from Tel Aviv as (ELY197), and lastly classic Ce550 Citation 2 CS-DVZ arrived from Barcelona as (TES131), eventually leaving back to Barcelona on Sunday 18th. Then the later visit for the BUZZ/Ryanair Boeing 737-8-MAX SP-RZA operating the (RYR31LQ/62NR) Malaga service, while arriving from another sortie off the North East coast were three Draken Aero L-159 ALCA's G-DKNF, G-DKNK and G-DKNN as (PIRATE11/12 and 14) respectively. and a Falcon 20 G-FRAH departed on a local test flight as (FRA31).

Friday 16th January (15.00pm - 15.10pm) A brief visit for freshly painted ASL Airlines France Boeing 737-800 F-HIXB, which arrived from Paris Charles de Gaulle as (FPO127) on the 5th January, and was due out to Montpellier on 29th Jan as (FPO117). 

Friday 30th January (15.15pm - 15.30pm)  Short visit yesterday in the gloom for the arrival of the nice Moroccan Learjet 45 CN-TMV, which routed from Tenerife via Casablanca to Rabat as (AOM033M).

Friday 20th February (15.45pm - 16.30pm)  Rare beast today, VT-MLE Airbus A320 arrived from Hyderabad via Jeddah for parting out and arrived in ex Air Asia India Colours, while arriving from Northolt for a respray with Airbourne Colours was HB-JAM BD700 Global 5500.

Thursday 26th March (Taken from my house just before dark!) European Cargo have set up a base at Teesside with their Airbus A340-600s, here G-ECLC 'which is the longest aircraft type to visit Teesside' is seen arriving operating one of the several weekly flights from and to Urumqi as (URO803A).

Friday 27th March (14.20pm - 14.30pm)  Ex Jettime Boeing 737-800 OY-JZN has now taken up OE-IGQ registration although not yet worn, it is here for scrapping having arrived back on 2nd March as (JTD9000) from Copenhagen.

Saturday 28th March 12.30pm- 13.20pm.  European Cargo Airbus A340-600 G-ECLC positioned out to Bournemouth as (URO804) after arriving early this morning from Urumqi as (URO803A). Another stored aircraft I've finally caught up with was ex SmartLynx Airbus A320 OE-IEK, which arrived for Willis Aviation from Sofia on 25th Feb, finally leaving to Larnaca on lease to TUS Air as (CYF005P) on 20th May.

Tuesday 31st March (18.45pm -19.00pm)  Royal Air Force Airbus A400 Atlas ZM414 did a overshoot while out training from and to Brize Norton as (ASLAN65), and was taken from my house, then a quick visit for the Ce525 Citationjet CJ1 SP-IZU, which arrived from Newcastle as (BNI5U), and departed to Rotterdam after a nightstop.

Thursday 2nd April  (14.40pm - 16.05pm) Easyjet Airbus A319 G-EZDM was in for several hours of crew training as (EZY9), and routed from and to London Gatwick as (EZY9097/9099). Gama Aviation Be200 Super King Air G-PCOP routed from Cumbernauld to Bournemouth as (GMA504), while another Be200 Super King Air G-FLYK of Fly Wales arrived from Belfast operating for Thales Flight Inspection as (CLB402), and later departed to Haverfordwest, and lastly NetJets Embraer EMB505 Phenom 300 CS-PHT routed from and to Palma as (NJT947R/129A).

 

Friday 3rd April (Both Taken from my house!)  NetJets UK Ce560 Citation XLS G-NJAJ routed from Chambery to Farnbourgh as (NJU735L/6UA, while Titan Airways Embraer ERJ190 G-POWX arrived from London Stansted as (AWC939C), and headed out to Biggin Hill with Millwall FC after their game with Middlesbrough as (AWC9391).

Saturday 11th April (Taken from my house) Ryanair Bombardier Challenger 3500 M-ABTE arrived from Stansted with engineers to fix a sick Ryanair 737-800 and was due back to the Essex airport later, while arriving from Urumqi as (URO803) was European Cargo Airbus A340-600 G-ECLN, and then departed to Bournemouth on Monday 13th as (URO101P).

Monday 13th April (Taken from my house) Gestair Gulfstream G700 EC-OJM arrived from Santiago Rosalia de Castro as (GES181M), returning back there after a nightstop.

Saturday 18th April (13.35pm - 14.00pm)  VistaJet BD100 Challenger 350 9H-VCT routed from Faro to Farnborough as (VJT440),  while taking Middlesbrough FC for their game which Ipswich Town tomorrow was Titan Airways Embraer ERJ190 G-POWX routing from and to London Stansted as (AWC898Y/8981). Resident Piper PA46 Malibu Mirage N5757 was out of the Hanger for a change, and lastly from my house, Lauda Europe Airbus A320 9H-LOI was operating the Palma (RYR5987/9QG).

Saturday 25th April (13.00pm - 14.10pm) Smart Jet Hawker 400XP SP-ATT routed from Malaga to Birmingham as (SAH48P/49P), European Cargo Airbus A340-600 G-ECLC departed on another return trip to Urumqi  as (URO802). Pilatus PC12 G-ISJE routed from Belfast international to Luton as (EMC6) and lastly resident Pa31 Navajo G-SYLL arrived from Perth.

Tuesday 28th April (17.45pm - 18.00pm) Gulfstream G550 N974SZ arrived from Shannon as (EJM974) and departed to Albany NY after stopping the night, while just out from Maintenance hanger 8 was Jet2 Boeing 737-800 G-DRTC, which arrived from Birmingham on 23rd march as (EXS31K).

Saturday 2nd May (10.00am - 10.05am) Ex Air Explore Boeing 737-800 OM-KEX arrived from Bratislava yesterday as (AXE101P) for storage/scrapping?

Saturday 16th May (17.15pm - 18.10pm)  Lauda Europe Airbus A320- 9H-LMI was operating the Ryanair Palma rotation as (RYR5987/9QG), while arriving from Istanbul Ataturk as (TOY233A) was Toyo Aviation BD100 Challenger 300 YR-TRC, and was due out to Venice as (TOY234) after stopping the night.

Thursday 21st May (17.30pm - 17.45pm) Embraer EMB500 Phenom 100 N555FD arrived yesterday from Wick and is due out to Prague tomorrow, while ex Air Cairo Airbus A320 LY-BVK is just about hanging on until it gets scrapped, and lastly taken from my house,  Fed Ex/ASL Belgium Boeing 737-400F OE-IAM was operating the Edinburgh to Paris Charles de Gaulle (FDX2DI) cargo flight.

Thursday 28th May (20.40pm - 20.50pm)  Fed Ex/ASL Belgium Boeing 737-800F OE-IXJ was operating the Edinburgh to Paris Charles de Gaulle (FDX2DI) cargo flight tonight..

Monday 1st June (17.35pm - 17.40pm)  Finally caught up with one of the rarest aircraft to visit Teesside in my opinion!  anyway Angolan Government BD700 Global Express XRS D2-ANG eventually appeared outside the Hanger after arriving from Berlin 27th March.

Thursday 4th June (18.30pm - 18.40pm) Scanwings Embraer EMB505 Phenom 300 OH-TFD arrived from Paris Le Bourget as (ABF8), after stopping the night it was due back mid afternoon the next day.
